When you purchase the full report, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment information. We never see or store your credit card number. We only receive a confirmation that the payment was successful, along with the email address Stripe associates with the transaction.
Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical information for every visit: your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. This is standard for any website and is used to keep the service running and prevent abuse.

To deliver the audit, we use:
We keep your audit data, purchase records, and email correspondence for as long as we need them to provide the service and meet our legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for tax records). Web server logs are kept for a much shorter period (usually 30 days).

We use a minimal amount of browser storage (sessionStorage) to remember your audit results so they can be included in your paid report. This data lives only in your browser and is cleared automatically when you close the tab. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics cookies at this time.
This service is for business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll do our best to let active customers know.
