These Terms govern your use of AI Business Audit, located at getaibizaudit.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Brandon Cremeen, a sole proprietor based in California, USA ("we," "us," "our").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service has two parts:
Our reports are generated by artificial intelligence (specifically, Anthropic's Claude language models). AI is powerful but not perfect.
You should treat our reports as informed starting points, not as professional advice or guaranteed facts. Specifically:
You are responsible for evaluating the recommendations and deciding whether to act on them. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our reports.
When you use the Service, you agree:
Payments for the full report are processed by Stripe. Your card information is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to their terms. We do not see or store your card number.
All prices are in USD. Once you click "Buy" and complete checkout, the charge is final, subject to our Refund Policy.
After a successful purchase, we generate your report and email it to the address Stripe collected during checkout. Most reports arrive within 1 to 3 minutes. If you don't receive your report within 24 hours, email audit@getaibizaudit.com and we'll resolve it manually.
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of purchase. See the full Refund Policy for details.
The Service, including the audit prompt, scoring rubric, report templates, branding, and code, is our intellectual property. You may use the reports we generate for your own business purposes, including sharing the report internally with your team, consultants, or contractors. You may not republish or resell our reports.
We try to keep the Service running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be down occasionally for maintenance, due to third-party service issues (Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, Browserless, or Netlify), or for other reasons.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (in most cases, this is $39 or less).
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
