Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel like the AI Business Audit report was worth their money. If you don't feel that way, you shouldn't have to fight to get a refund.

Here's exactly how it works:

• Window: You have 7 days from the time of purchase to request a refund.
• Process: Email audit@getaibizaudit.com with the subject "Refund request" and include the email address you used to purchase. Mentioning your order date helps us find it faster.
• No questions asked: We won't ask why. You don't need to justify it.
• Timeline: We'll process the refund within 2 business days of receiving your email. The refund itself can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
• Method: Refunds go back to the same card you used at checkout, through Stripe.

What if my report didn't arrive?

First, check your spam folder. Reports come from audit@getaibizaudit.com.

If you still don't see it within 30 minutes of purchase, email us at audit@getaibizaudit.com and we'll resend it manually. Delivery issues are not your problem.

What's outside the policy

The 7-day window is fixed. After 7 days, we can't process refunds (this protects against people downloading the report, using all the value, and then asking for their money back). If you have a delivery issue or genuine concern outside that window, email us anyway. We're reasonable people.

Chargebacks

If something seems off, please email us before filing a chargeback. We will resolve any legitimate issue. Chargebacks cost us extra fees and can be addressed faster through email.
